The application and approval process

STEP 1: RESERVE YOUR UNIT
  • Download an editable PDF document by pressing the download button below.
  • Either fax the completed application, copy of pay stubs & ID (see below) to 775-686-6037, email to lease@thebridgesvs.com or bring the paperwork directly to the Leasing Office at 1125 Avenue of the Oaks Suite 141, Sparks, NV 89431.
  • There is an application fee of $35 per person or $50 per married couple and an administrative fee of $100. The administrative fee will hold your unit until your move-in date.
  • Along with the checks for the fees you will need to bring in two recent paycheck stubs to verify your income and provide a copy of your current government-issued state ID.
STEP 2: APPROVAL PROCESS
  • Click HERE to review the Approval Criteria at The Bridges.
  • Upon approval, you will be contacted by the leasing staff and will be given a MOVE-IN date.
  • In the event you do not get approved you will be refunded your administrative fee of $100. The application fee of $35 is non-refundable.
  • Along with the checks for the fees you will need to bring in two recent paycheck stubs to verify your income and provide a copy of your current government-issued state ID.
